Mold Remediation

Phase 2 Services specialists will act properly and in a timely manner when called out to any type of water damage claim in order to minimize damage.

Water damage that is not promptly
addressed may result in the growth and
spreading of mold that could be toxic.

Mold can begin to grow and spread within
24 to 48 hours in structures, such as
sheetrock, when given the right temperature, moisture level and food sources.

If mold arises from a covered water damage loss, it must be included when preparing the scope of damages and costs of repair, as it's most likely to be covered as well.

A good general rule is that if you see mold you must remove it. If mold is suspected, but not yet visible, it may become necessary to test for it to confirm its existence.  After removal of all mold-contaminated material, our trained technicians will then remediate and decontaminate the structure and personal property involved.
